Rexton II – a modern off-road vehicle boasting exquisite modern styling and a powerful engine, excellent steering performance, and a perfect adhesion with the road surface both on a high speed roads and under off-road conditions.
The automobiles are offered with the latest XDi270 diesel engines of the third generation produced under the Mercedes Benz license with a turbine and commonrail system improving the engine power and the maximum torque, and ensuring excellent dynamic features and efficiency.
The shifting function is provided by a T-Tronic fivespeed mechanic/automatic transmission with Thumbs Up manual shift feature on the automatic transmission link and the steering wheel. In addition, the automatic transmission provides a Winter Mode ensuring a safer winter driving experience.
To maximally improve damping and ride quality and to achieve a high level of driving comfort, the front suspension is fitted with upper and lower links, double-action gas-pressurized dampers and antiroll bar, and the rear suspension with a 5-link layout, each link fulfilling its distinct task.
An Electronic Stability Program (ESP) is available to monitor vehicular status constantly, together with the Hill Descent Control (HDC) allowing a smooth descent from a steep hill.
The automobile is built on a triple-layer ultra-rigid frame.
A comfortable interior climate and clean air inside the vehicle are provided by automatic climate control with air quality system (AQS).
